Sketch & Self: Mindful Life Model Drawing

​This isn't your typical life model drawing class, it's open to everyone looking to unlock their creativity and do some self-exploration.

​Haven't drawn anything since school? No problem!

The session will be led by facilitator (Meryl) and experienced life model (Lara). It will be fun, creative and include various drawing exercises and sustained poses by Lara. There will also be some mindfulness exercises gently woven into the evening to help further unlock your artistry and enjoyment!

For a truly unforgettable group experience, why not book the entire session for you and your 7 friends?

  • • Sessions will take place at 10am on Saturday 24th Feb and 10am on Sunday 25th Feb at a given location in Lisbon.

    • Paper and pencils are provided. Experienced drawers are welcome to bring their own equipment.

    • Classes are limited to 8 people per session.

    • The instructor reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone arriving later than 10:10am.

    • Sessions are non-refundable but exchangeable with 48 hours notice.

    • This session is for adults only (18+) as there will be some nudity.
