1. Introduction

1.1 These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of the Digital Guide subscription service (the "Service") offered by Lisbon Insiders, herein referred to as "we," "us," or "our."

1.2 By subscribing to the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not subscribe to or use the Service.

2. Subscription Start and Renewal

2.1 Subscription Period: The subscription period for the Service can be either monthly or yearly, depending on the plan chosen by the subscriber.

2.2 Monthly Subscription:

  • The subscription begins on the date of payment.

  • The subscription will automatically renew on a monthly basis unless canceled by the subscriber.

  • To cancel the monthly subscription, you must email contact@lisboninsiders at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.

2.3 Yearly Subscription:

  • The subscription begins on the date of payment.

  • We will send you a reminder one month before the end of the subscription period.

  • To cancel a yearly subscription,  you must email contact@lisboninsiders at least 15 days before the next billing cycle.

3. Payment

3.1 You agree to pay the subscription fee associated with your chosen subscription plan. The fee will be charged on a recurring basis according to your chosen subscription period (monthly or yearly).

3.2 Payments are processed through a secure third-party payment processor, and we do not store your payment information.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Monthly Subscription Cancellation:

  • You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time.

  • If you cancel before the end of the current billing cycle, you will not be charged for the next month.

  • No refunds will be provided for the current billing cycle.

4.2 Yearly Subscription Cancellation:

  • You can cancel your yearly subscription at any time.

  • If you cancel before the end of the current billing cycle, you will not be charged for the next year.

  • No refunds will be provided for the current billing cycle.

5. Deadlines to be respected

5.1. All personalised and premium package subscribers agree to send the content relative to their establishment for the creation of their personalised landing page within the timelines defined by Lisbon Insiders sent during the implementation process.

5.2. Personalised content to be included in the calendar section of the Digital Guide must be sent every Monday before midday to be included on that week’s calendar. It is the client’s responsibility to adhere to these timelines, otherwise the content will be not be modified.

Restrictions on Use

5.1 You agree not to:

  • Share your subscription with other establishments. 

  • Reproduce, distribute, or modify the content provided through the Service without our explicit written consent.

  • Engage in any activity that may disrupt or interfere with the operation of the Service.

6. Termination

6.1 We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your subscription and access to the Service at our discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity that we consider harmful to our business or other subscribers.

7. Changes to Terms

7.1 We may revise these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after the changes will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
