On Monday, Velho Eurico's Zé Paulo Rocha takes his BÃO to Kitchenette Pop-Up Café for a one-night-only experience. His own bao version is finished with a blowtorch, which gives it a certain crispiness, sprinkled with smoked and spicy paprika. Finally, it is served with a creamy and delicious chorizo pâté. Zé Paulo Rocha will also serve a typical Sweet from the House.
